The Michif Institute is located in the heart of Alberta Metis homeland St. Albert. It’s mandate is to Promote, Preserve and Protect the Metis culture of the area. We are located in the historic 1895 Juneau House. The Michif Institute houses a unique collection of artifacts and library resources.
